Are you guys aware of the the latest attacks on us!
A proposal that would require CLEO sign off on trusts which for many would mean the end of buying supressors.
Time to get busy

That's no proposal. That was an EO and is in effect.

That's no proposal. That was an EO and is in effect. unconstitutional law isn't law.  Complete crap that we even give this EO a single thought as being legal. Circumventing congress. Barry Sotoro also killed the civilian marksmanship program with the same EO, as he killed the re-importation of military surplus rifles.

Not an EO yet and not in effect yet. This attorney's website does a good job of explaining the EO process. http://blog.princelaw.com/tag/gun-trust-executive-order/But it is coming and will be signed eventually. The civilian marksmanship program will be ok. The CMP does not import military surplus. The civilian marksmanship program is given firearms that have been returned to the army. The cmp then sells those firearms to fund the youth shooting programs and fund an andowment fund that will be used to help keep the CMP operating long after availability of us military surplus drys up.
