HOG!! I have pictures of this hog for 3 years now and I have never seen him 1 time. I nicknamed him humpback bc of the growth he has. He has had it for at least 3 years. I dont know if he got shot or what. I know if I get him I do belive I am going to have to shoulder mount him. What do yall think?? Also not sure what the little creature is in the background on the first pic. I would have thought rabbit but I sure cannot make a rabbit out of that.

Coon in the first pic.
My guess on hump is an infection from fighting that has hardened and stayed.
Why is he still alive?

I have hunted him a few times this summer but he just never shows himself when I am there. I can pattern him for 2 weeks and I go hunt and he doesnt come out. I guess thats why he has got so big.

Coon in the first pic.
My guess on hump is an infection from fighting that has hardened and stayed.
Why is he still alive? That rise in his back is likely just hair, most all our big boars of that size have it and when Ive killed em I always think there's something there but its just long hairs never a bump on skin.
