Well after spending the last 8 years in Tyler the Air Force has told me it's time to go on to another location. This was kind of short notice for me and my family. After thinking it over I thought the easiest way to handle my stuff at the lease was to just offer it all up as a package to someone as a turnkey lease ready to go this season.

The lease is 800 acres with 7 members and the dues are $840 a year August-August. It is year round access and is managed by Houser Timber management. It is in Cherokee county which is a 4 deer county with a muzzleloader season and it has antler restrictions. It is a mixture of hardwoods and pine plantation. I have two dedicated spots with box blinds and feeders in or on the edge of Hardwood bottoms. There is a fair mix of deer that has gotten better every year I have been on it and it holds hogs year round. The members are very easy to get along with and we all help out. The only rule that is out of the ordinary for East Texas is there is NO DRINKING at all on the lease. Kids and families are welcome and hunt off of your tags. There is a campground but no running water or electric. We just bring water and use generators.

I have a very nice 4x6 stand that I built with a metal frame, pressure treated lumber, galvanized fasteners and sliding deer view windows. It is carpeted and has two nice office chairs in it. I also have an older 4x4 "The Blynd" stand that has seen better days but keeps you dry and out of the wind. I have a 10' tripod stand and a 14" ladder stand. In addition I have two very nice Monarch feeders that I converted over to hanging feeders on tripods and this keeps the coons and other vermin out of them.

I went ahead and paid my lease dues on 1 August and all rights and privileges will convey with the transaction. I want to sell the equipment and my paid for spot for $2200
Feeders will be topped off and all the new member needs to do is start hunting.
