has anyone used these a-holes before? I ordered an upper months ago and never heard anything from them. I sent them a email today( my 3rd time) and mentioned how crappy their service was. they immediately cancelled my order then proceeded to talk [censored] in a series of about 10 emails. This may be the worst gun company I have ever tried to deal with.

Yup had a buddy order from them told him it was in stock then took 4 months to deliver. He has tried to cancel about a week after he ordered and 6 emails later no response. When he did get a response 4 months later the guy was a total dick. They sucks I would avoid if at all possible.

Ordered an stripped upper and barrel from them in January, took 3 months to get it. But during the crazy times that was the norm. No problems, really good stainless barrel for the price.

I ordered my upper in November last year, I got it before Christmas and the craziness. He even did some modifications at no charge, maybe I got lucky. But I have heard they are really slow.
About 2000 round through it, no problems so far.
Sorry it did not work out for you.

I have one of their heavy stainless barreled uppers and it's been 100 percent for function and excellent accuracy so far.

I hear they are a one man operation. Not really much of an excuse if their service isn't there, though.

I've used some of there stainless bull barrels on some upper builds and had zero issues. Can't speak for their customer service though.

I ordered an upper from them in Jan that they said was in stock and would ship in 30 days, go figure. Waited and waited. Web site then said that they would only take e-mails and no phone calls for updates but unless the order was over 45 days late they would not respond. Waited 60 days still no info. Sent e-mail to cancel the order because the item showed in stock but never shipped. Got a call in May from them telling me that my upper was ready. Told them that the order was cancelled back in March. They weren't happy but did not put any "re-stocking charges" on my credit card. Could not see how they could charge me because it really wasn't in stock anyways.
