Unfortunately, it looks like I'm not going to be able to shoot a compound any longer and am contemplating a crossbow.

Do any of you have experience with the Horton line? The reverse pull look tempting but I wonder if there are any advantages/disadvantages them or if there are any problems associated with them or with Horton crossbows in general.

Thanks for all your help.

They are no longer in business and will have no warranty or replacement parts.

My wife and niece have used the Horton Vision reverse limb crossbow for the past two years and they are amazingly accurate and the quietest of all the crossobws we tried out. I think they are the best.
But like KewlDeals said Horton (the famous Greg Ritz) unfortunately sold out their business and at this point the company who bought them, TenPoint, is not going to warranty them or make compnents parts so if you buy one you will have to rely on aftermarket replacement parts.

I think Barnett makes something like that, or something similar, I seen when Xbow shopping.
