The lady I lease from north of Quannah just bought another ranch..640acs..1/2 mile wide..2 miles long..the Grossbeck
Creek runs through it and has 3 solar wells on it,huge pecan orchard on the creek as well. Quality blinds/feeders in place from the past owner who was not much of a hunter,bought the place to retire at and to have a place where his son could film and do still photos of wildlife..had to sell due to health reasons so very little pressure has been put on the place over the past years.My place is just 3 miles south of this ranch and the same live creek runs through it..and holds lots of quality deer because of the water.
