This is the lease I was on for 5 years. It is 430 acres and has a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that comes with it along with a barn you can lock you 4 wheelers up in. Wellington Tx, Collingsworth County. It is 430 acres. The lease is year round and you can hunt deer, turkey, varmints and the occasional hog. The biggest deer I shot scored around 150 but we have seen several on camera that are bigger. A mature buck will weight between 220 and 250 lbs. It is a 1 buck 4 doe county. We have seen mule deer but mainly white tail. The price is 4300/year and the house is 500 monthly plus utilities. He will not lease the land with out renting the house. lease is $6000..house is rented during hunting season i supposed that would be 3 months at $500 a month which comes out to $1500..if he will let you rent just for season..that is a grand total of 7500..430 acres could only hold a maximum of 3 hunters..so..7500 divided by 3 is $2500 a gun..hmmmm

I added this wrong when I listed it. The land is 4300 10/acre. The house is 6000. 500/month. For a total of 10300.00 for the year not 12000.00 I don't know where I was coming up with the land being 6000. The house is rented all year you can pay it all at once or monthly. And we always had 4 on the lease with no problem.

On small places, but not the larger places more like $6 to $8 and then they are stacking to many hunters to coer the money.
