Well being station in California (military), I have to plan my annual hunting trip back to the homeland. Usually I can get around 3 weeks in around Thanksgiving and Christmas, but this year's gun season is out of the picture due to my wife and I having our first baby. So I will be coming back for only 5 days in October to do throw some arrows. I hope that will be enough time to get a good one this year. I cant wait because it will be my first time archery hunting since I was a kid. Pretty pumped.

Son spend his entire enlistment stationed there (06 - 10).
Not much to do around there, but the big city is not too far.
If you have never been to Big Bear- go see it.
