Closed on my property a few weeks ago. Been working on getting the cabin livable after the previous owner neglected it for many years and put a lot of blood and sweat in clearing brush. Started feeding this past Saturday and placed a trail cam as well. I pulled my pics this morning from my camera. (2 days) Glad to see at least one deer on the property. I have built it and will continue to improve it. I am sure more will come. Pretty little doe.

15 acres but it is a very long piece of property. Here is a pic.

Thanks! Lot of blood and sweat already from fixing the cabin to clearing brush. Lots of sweat and blood left to improve it. No greater feeling than owning your own property and not having to put up with a lease owner. My last one was an arsehole. Let his horses out every Thursday and Friday into my hunting area prior to me hunting. Destroyed one of my feeder's and he didn't pay for it. Think he liked the big bucks I had coming to the feeder and wanted to drive them away.

Cool. I love the dogs in the cabin. Looks real homey. keep giving those animals water and food and you'll have deer. Is this near Adamsville?

That is a good looking cabin. Nothing like the feeling of building it yourself, I know all to well the putting blood and sweat into one.

My dogs are my bestest friends next to my lovely wife. The land is north of Adamsville on CR 3800.

Cabin was there, but it was a mess. Got it livable inside and need to work on the outside. up

It was pretty nasty inside. The previous owner had not been in there for 5 years before he listed it for sale.

reading this post brings back great memories of hunting some places that CR 3800 runs through. Hunted there in the late 80's to mid 90's.

Congrats on a fine looking property, looks like the Brits approve of the cabin up

Thanks all. Lot of hard work. No better feeling than owning your own property. I am Happy, Happy, Happy. So is my wife (that was a priority) up. When the wife is happy then I am happy. Next project is to get electricity on the property @ the cabin so I don't have to use the generator for everything.

Congrats on your own place.

Just because you haven't been huntin' your whole life doesn't mean you don't want to spend the rest of your life huntin'.
