Looking for serious hunters who like to be involved in growing and managing big bucks.
Ranches are located in and around the Childress area and have records of producing great deer.
These places range from $6.00 -$8.00 an acre and we try to keep a gun per section.
Pm or call for info. 817-360-1076
Johnny

If you put 10 guys on 6,400 acres in that country, how many hunters could take a deer over 140bc per year. 3/10? "Serious" just doesn't mean how much money you can spend.

Ranch size varies, all large places places from 4000- 8000 acres.
Example... Have 7000 acres mld 3, hunts 8 guns @ 4500 a gun.
We only take bucks when matured @ 6 plus yrs.

That country will definitely produce a mature buck/section. Averaging 140-160. Whether or not the hunter is lucky enuff or skilled enuff or spends enuff time afield is not the duty or responsibility of the outfitter or landowner. If u want guarantees I suggest shopping at walmart. Leave the hunting to those who understand the realities of the chase.
