Headed to Buffalo, Tx tomorrow and wanted to see if there are any good BBQ joints I could get some lunch at tomorrow?

Bubbas in Ennis is all I could recommend. Ate there once and I thought it was real good. I got ribs, sausage, and brisket. I think some of the old hats that have been going there for years will tell you it's not as good as it used to be.

Anybody been to Kirby's in Mexia? Heard good things about Kirby's but every time I've tried to go, they were closed. They close at 6pm I believe

Was a pretty good place in Fairfield a few years back. If I remember correctly it was the exit north of Sam's buffet. May not even be there any more though??

My wife and I like Bubba's a lot. Kirby's in Mexia is supposed to be real good, but that's 30 miles off of I45.

I know it's not BBQ but I finally went to Sam's on Sunday..... man, if that place was in my town I would gain 50 pounds..... dang good stuff

The place in Fairfield that I think booger is referring to is Cole's. it's in a Shell gas Station. Great brisket and they use Slovacek sausage.

Wife and I were on the way back from DFW and she decided she wanted BBQ. Well, we were past Bubba's in Ennis, so I told her to please take the ipad and see what was in Corsicana. She did, and we went to Bill's. It's right off the freeway, to the west, on Hwy 31. Wasn't the world's greatest, but it was pretty good and the price was reasonable. Brisket was real good. Tater salad was just the way I like it. The sausage wasn't as good as some I've had. Banana Pudding was great. A nice place.
