I got my chinese flashlight from dealextreme.com , I got a Cree 240 lumen for like $37 I dont remember the model you just have to look through the site and read the reviews , But this is by far the brightest flashligt I have ever seen. It could easily be used for a spotlight in some cases!

I also bought a little one, it is bright but not any better than you can get the two pack for at costco or Sams. The Sams two pack lights are brighter than the costco two pack lights.

If you buy one dont for get to get the batteries and a recharger.

i had bought a couple from there and dollar for dollar its the best place to buy a nice flashlight. it really helps when you have to track an animal at night - the bright white light helps the blood stand out better (for me anyways).

Got mine as well, and I do like it, very bright. And I was able to see blood better as well.

Wow I am surprised this post hasn't drawn a 100 page response from the resident light expert.

After ordering, what is the wait time on recv. the products ? Any billing issues with dealextreme ?

No billing issues.

Delievery time was almost 2 weeks, they sent my charger and batteries first, and they sent the flashlight last. The site has a tracking part, you can see when your items were sent, takes a week just getting here.

If I had recieved everything in the first delievery it would have been about 10 days.

about 10 days is right. I just bought 2 more batteries and the shipping was more than the batteries.

product # would be great. Looked at the site and there are way too many to choose from.

By the way, what is the difference in Lumen? I see some on there with 200 - 1000 lumen. Why would you choose or not choose based on Lumen?

I got two a little one and a big one, honestl the little one is bright but not much better than some at sams or costco.
The big one is the wf800 3w cree q2 led ; it is freaking like a spotlight no joke.
You can find the batteries and charger on there as well, I havent tested out runtime because i have a life. about 10 days and done on paypal, comes in paper , no box etc. I like it alot , the little one is nice but nothing compared to the big one.

I upgraded my Surefire G2 to a Cree module from Dealextreme. That thing ROCKS now! Mine wasn't even the most radical module and it WAY outperforms the stock bulb. Lasts longer too!

The light I want currently is a Phoenix. Bright LED that runs on AA's. I'm about ready to quit these expensive lithium CR123's!!

I saw the chargers and batteries and will order asap!! One question though-can the regular cr123's be recharged?

I'm waiting on my first order from DX. Should be here shortly. I got a Cree light that uses AA batteries and a couple of those two packs of 9LED's to stash around the house.

Next order I need to pick up some rechargeables and a charger.

Flashlights are kind of like guns and bicycles, can't have too many.

yeah, no kidding I think even the stuff that says made in USA is put together using parts that were manufactured overseas

CypertJ, the 4D led is a very bad light compared to the other lights on the market. I still like my magcharger over most since it is built like a tank and very bright. Just for comparison, the magcharger is about 200 lumens while the 4d led is about 45. The difference is night and day.
