What is the recipe of the comanche county peanut paste?

Peanut paste, strawberry jello mix and splash of water to keep it from blownin off. Best bait in the world...works best when its warm straight off the machines. Carrys the scent alot further. What is the recipe of the comanche county peanut paste?
