Easton St axxis are fine too !! I understand that some folks say they have seen certain arrows shatter on impact with bone or other hard surface. Any arrow that enters an animal will probably be retired by me. Unless I closely inspect it and decide to reuse it.. Pretty cheap insurance to avoid a shattered shaft going thru my hand and wrist.

Carbon Express maxima hunters. had too many issues with the Gold Tips breaking. Never had a Carbon Express break yet. They are tough straight arrows.
