Lease Nnumber 1
west off spur. 250 acres. 100 in haywields 50 in wheat 100 in thick brush. 1 tank. LOTS of deer. Can hunt yr round but not in spring turkey season and no turkey hunting allowed everything else can be hunted. electricty on property one feeder and blind on it
2 guns @ 1750/ gun
Lease number 2
400 outside of spur. 1 big tank mesquit pasture,field, big thick wooded draw through middle of place. 1 feeder 1 blind is on it. Has electricity. Lots of deer and hogs 3 guns @ 2,000/gun

Turkey hunts it himself jst one rule for the lease hogs and everything else yr round
