Black is a regular Ferral hog but the grey and red ones?
Russian maybe? The red one has a distinct razor back going on. Or all they all the same type just different colors. We trapped them in Newton County. The little black one is a sow and she was meaner then you know what. The boars bluffed but that sow tried to run through the side of the cage. She wasnt bluffing.

That red hog seems to have some Russian influence for sure. Slim hams and that stalky front end. Definately a ferral hog but does have some Russian influence.

The grey ones actually a BLUE hog and rare, good breeder hope you didnt kill him.

Havnt seen a Blue hog for ages, unless im wrong and those blue tuskers are common on your property, thats a fine breeder.

If you blokes say Blue Tuskers are common as around your area im going to be pissed off

I am going along with TCH on the red one. Not only because of the way it is built, but that ridge of long hair down its back. I think they are crosses and the red one came out with more of the Russian characteristics than the others.

If you get to watching, and this is just from personal observations, feral hog piglets will be born the color they will be, when they are adults i.e. black, black & white, spotted, whatever. The europeans, are nearly always red/reddish-brown, and striped like a watermelon, losing the stripes as they get older. JMO

The purpose of a warrior is not to reason with the enemy but to kill him.

According to my drunk neighbor if you catch one they won't live more than 3 days in a pen. He said on the fourth day you walk out and find them dead...

...and I really like this ol' boy, too.
