Pardon the poor sentence structure, and I promise no spouses are watching, but being totally honest,what one item would you say you have "too" many of?

Is it guns( I know, I know, but maybe you have "too" many of a particular style or caliber?)

How about flashlights, tents, knives, sleeping bags, radios, tree stands, camo suits, deer leases etc. ?

The list of possibilities is endless...but you get the idea.

I have way too many camouflage t-shirts. I could probably hunt all season long for dove, ducks, deer, etc... and never wear the same shirt twice.

Knives without a doubt.I probably have around 100 knives.And still just before every deer season I see a new one that I want to be "this years knife".
Then it would be guns.Not that I have alot of any one type but I have 11 guns to choose from when I hunt.Sad thing is that I usually BOW hunt...

Boots.Variuos levels of warmth, snake boots, rubber boots, hiking boots, warm weather rubber boots, middle weather rubber boots, 2000 gram Thinsulate cold weather rubber boots. a spare set if most versions incase on gets wet.

Flashlights and varmint calls

Thanks for the responses. I am kind of surprised nobody has said you can't have "too many" of any piece of hunting gear.

I'm one of those with a lot of knives and multitools and always looking for the next one...

I had 5 flashlights ready for Hurricane Ike-and that was just the ones that were available between the dining room,living room and one bedroom! I didn't even go looking for flashlights and had that many.

I hadn't thought about boots, but I can see where you could have a pair for every occasion.

I probably have too many battery operated portable radios, too.

Without a doubt knives......I have probably 20 "good" knives, case, buck, benchmade, etc., but for some reason I keep bidding on cheap knives on E Bay and it seems like I always win and then I wish I hadn't even bid to begin with. I'm not even gonna say how many of these I have, and they are all still in the boxes, I don't even use them. I guess I'll have to be the 1st to say it, but as far as guns go, YOU CAN'T HAVE TOO MANY GUNS!!!

I always seem to end up with too many pairs of binoculars. I am always getting a new pair so some reason. Then i look and realize that I need to sell a pair or two.

I am always searching for the perfect pair of gloves, and as of yet have not found them. I must have 20 pair of them by now.

What I need more of is time

Let's see... I have too many of alot of things according to my wife...

Boots (tall, short, insulated, uninsulated, work boots, nice boots, snake boots and so on...)

Knives (long, short, folding, gutting, skinning, pocket knives)

Gloves (heavy gloves, light gloves, fingerless gloves, heated gloves)

Never have too many guns, no matter what the wife says...

I think I have to many hats. Camo, car, mustang, ford, work, work on car hats, going out hats, semiformal hats, etc. Then again I hardly ever can be found w/o one on my head.

Knives, well I want some more. I'm sure I have enough but I still want more.

Guns 9 total, 3 pistols, 2 centerfire (ar-15, .270), 2 shotguns, 2 .22 plinkers. I want about another dozen more of various calibers and styles.

Hunting gear, can always use more.

Tools, nuff said cant ever have to many.

Money, HA never have any!

you can't have too much of ANY huting/fishing/outdoors item.

Guns...I have two boys and everytime one gets a new gun, you know ole DAD just has HAVE a better one!!!We are up to 12. Isn't Christmas just around the corner??

Definetly have to say camo t-shirts. I could hunt 365 and not have to do laundry. [I mean wife not have to do laundry]

Too many cheap flashlights. I'm always buying one for some reason but I'm always using my maglight when I need one and never use much of the others. This past spring I gathered up 26 flashlights that I had around the house.

And I thought I had a lot of flashlights!!!

to many flashlights,and only use the mag light.
to many antlers for rattlin'-south texas,and hill country for varity.and reindeer antlers.
guns never enough.
only have one pair of camo overhauls and they have never let me down.
i'm a packrat when it come's to hats i have plenty of straw's and need some more felts. and baseball caps enough for everyday for the next few years. i even have two british policeman hats (bobby cops)thought about putting camo on one and starting a new fad.

have a lot of knive's and swords (real collectible's,not those one's on the shopping network)
