Anyone ever used an EOTech style sight on a shotgun? I've seen a couple of videos with guys using that setup for hunting ducks and geese and was curious...

I put an EOTech on my Weatherby 12ga Turkey/Tactical and absolutely love it.

My eyes aren't good at 100 yards with the EOTech & it was just sitting around since I took it off my AR. I'm glad I didn't sell it.

There is a nice turkey tail mount in my bedroom as a result.

In the "off season" it serves as an excellent home defense weapon.

I have one on my KSG and love it. I'm actually looking for another one for my 935 now.

What do you look for in size, style, reticle, etc?

Burris makes there line of shotgun sights called the Burris Speedbead that was specifically designed for different shotgun models at half the cost of the EOTech. I could see the allure in using an EOTech for the larger field of view, but the EOTech might also be a bit to "clunky".
