I have taken over some of the hunting on one of the ranches I manage and thought I would post here. Below is the information on the hunt.

5 Day Guided Whitetail Hunt

$3,750

13,000 acres low fence in West Texas bordering the 6666 Ranch.

Has been managed for quality deer for over 20 years.

Excellent lodging in a ranch house and newly built bunk house.

Protein feeding program in place year around.

Hunt out of box blinds over food plots, feeders, and wheat fields, as well as spot and stalk style hunting.

Hunt will be conducted November 13th-17th.

Only two hunts per year on this ranch, this is the first hunt of the year.

This is a unique ranch. Has around 2,000 acres of wheat fields which are the only crop fields for about 10-15 miles depending on the direction you go, plus food plots in the rough country. This place is a great setup for deer hunting. Lots of pigs free to shoot and occasional exotics that can be added for cheap.

Several 150+ bucks were seen and not killed last year. Plus in big country like this you never know what's going to show up.

Filled protein feeders last week and saw quite a few deer, the ranch is in good shape right now.

I forgot to mention there are no trophy fees.

That's a lot of money for a deer hunt that doesn't have bigger deer than what you are showing. I am just letting you know. That might be the reason you haven't had many response. Giving you a bump. Good luck.

Price doesnt seem bad to me.

Price isn't bad, but it's not that good either...it's a gamble that could pay off well for the hunter, but the odds are better for the outfitter.

Without hunting with this person, i could not say that it is a bad deal. Its a 5 day hunt with lodging/guide included. i will only say this, if you have constructive criticism you should send him a Pm instead of crashing his thread here telling him its too expensive. If you dont like or agree and arent interested with his Ad then move on.

All I will say is that this is truly a great ranch and a great and fun hunt. This type of hunting is not available on most places in the state, it's unique and fun. Those that have hunted big country will understand (seeing a buck at a thousand yards and going after him, etc). The price is cut and dry, no trophy fees and no per inch charge over a certain size, and in this area where there are some real monsters that works out in the hunters favor.

I'm not selling a deer, I'm selling a hunt and this is a fun one.

As of now I have 4 spots left on this hunt. November 13th-17th.
