300 pounder? Its a nice hog for sure but I really question the 300 pounds claim.
Would be happy with those cutters for sure getting that guy off the land!

We use AR platform, 5.56 , 6.8, and .308 on our hunts
topped off with gen 3 NV and one Thermal. All weapons are supressed.

Temps here today should reach 100. The hunter had on a Shannon Bug Jacket to keep mosquitoes from biting. However,mosquitoes were not bad at all. He was wearing a very thin camo shirt under that bug jacket so he was not that uncomfortable.

I always wear gloves when handling bloody game. Stops the spread of nasty diseases that hogs can carry.
By the way I weigh 240 lbs and this hog was much bigger than me so 300 lbs is a reasonable estimate.

Me too, I always have a couple pair of nitrile gloves with me, and a box of them at the cleaning area.
