Many weeks ago we finished up our first shotgun build, a 28ga detachable lock SxS shotgun. Its our interpretation of a Westley Richards. The customer loves the gun, took some good pictures, and plans to submit an article to a magazine as he has connections. So maybe this one will be in a magazine...

The pictures were taken by the owner Rusty Knight, and the gun is made by Bailey Bradshaw Gun & Rifle.

Love the figuring on the .500 Nitro butt stock, and the checkered wood butt plate on the SXS is just plain cool. up

We have done the color case hardening on the last few actions we have made. its still new to us, but things have been working pretty well as the colors we are getting look good. very subdued and "English". here is the .303 colored:

Ran across these stocks being made by a teacher of mine. They are inletted for Rem 700 actions. he is asking $395 for whats pictured, or $595 with adj butt plate and cheek piece. Other colors are available.

here are some 1911 grips I finished up over the weekend. the inlays are U.S. Dimes dated from 1911, pretty cool idea on the customers part. I didnt get any pics of both of them complete before shipping them off.
