I'd honestly like to be able to bring both. But just depending on the group really. If there are plenty out there that want to do a bow only hunt, I'm game. If it's a mixed up group of hunters with rifle and bow I will do that too.

How about 8, bow only. For one javi and varmints at night??? With lodging and calling at night, with Jeff as the caller . 3 days, 2 nights with lodging we do our own food and drinks for $225.00??? does that sound fair Curtis??? Bow for Javis and rifle for the varmints at night??? What do you guys think???

I would love to go but I don't own a bow. What happened to the hog hunts, is that off? It looked like we were a go.

Yeah sure sounds good to me. Thx! This going to be at the place in Menard you were talking about or where? Just curious cause I got a good friend out that direction I'd like to stop by and see if I'm going out that way to Menard But no big deal if not.

I haven't busted a javi in a long time.

One good question though. Are we keeping this all adults or is it open to bring kids? Sorry, but I have to ask and I know a lot of people on here got kids too as well as I?

If no kids this time then maybe on the next run we can get one for adults and kids together?

If you want to go on the javi hunt with me, just meet me over at my place off I-10, park your vehicle at the lodge and ride with me. I'm only like 2 1/2 hrs from college station.

For the Javis the hunt would be with LSTO, the hog hunt is in Menard with predator1, and that one is booked up

How about I get a sticky with exoticbob and Curtis as the first 2??? I am going to put it on the varmint and hogs and see if a mod will sticky it like the hog hunt.

By the way...what is needed for deposit amount.

And what date are we doing this?

I have the first three weekends of February open to do something. My January is slammed with hunts for me to do here so I'm a no go for that month.

I'm supposed to get home in March so I'd be all over joining for any kind of hunting action, or hell.....just a barbecue to talk about hunting. I've never been able to make one of the events due to work, and I'd really like to make one. I live in Georgetown, maybe everyone around the Austin area could get together for something........
