Both are bullies of the sky They both have an attitude when another bird gets close to their nesting area. I have seen 7 Scissor-tails in a fight at one time and another time I saw 5 Mockingbirds. I have seen Scissor-tail and Mockingbird fight but not really that bad. Worst I seen was a couple of Mockingbirds go from fighting in mid-air to the ground. Only one flew away at first then the other took off slowly later. I'd put money on the Mockingbird of these two in a fight though. Thanks guys. Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?
