The Big Texan is a joke for sure. The DQ in Eastland is absolutely terrible as well, and I'm pretty fond of DQ's.

the only Denny's I ever ate in that was any good was in Santa Fe, NM. The rest sucked.

Agree with Dickies. Only good if you are a vegetarian. Their sides are good but all of their meats are dry and short on flavor. We have one in Corsicana that has changed management several times the last few years. We try them every now and then to see if they have improved and so far they have not. Probably the worst representation of Texas barbeque I come across. Ought a be a state law about commiting BBQ fraud!

The Sonic dorks ad campaign is interesting to me.
When people identify with those namby-pambys and want to go to Sonic because of those ads we are in trouble. Big trouble. And I hear those ads have been a home run for Sonic...
