I need a new dog for this next season, I was wanting a black lab male. I didn't want the best pedigree, just desire to retrieve and a lot of go. Spending limit is $500. Any help?

Wish you would have said something a month ago. Me and Steven just got pups from a litter my grandma had.
They were 500 each and they had 7 black lab males out of a litter of 10 pups.

I would like one but I'm afraid I wouldn't have the time right now to train. I retire next year. I will definitely have one then.

Well finally got my pup, its a female though. I wasn't looking for a girl dog but I just fell in love with her. It was definetly a networking deal, I have to give a big thanks to Cameron of railroad retrievers in Sanger. He went above and beyond hunting down a pup for me.
My pup came from tomahawk retrievers in Hawkins Texas, Darren was great. Couldn't be happier about new girl, thanks again Darren!

There is a guy looking to re-home a male lab over in the Gun Dog section of the forum. Looks like a pretty good deal. He' yellow through and I know your looking for a black.
