Boneless chicken breast and thighs flattened or butterflied. Stuffed with cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeņos. Wrapped with bacon and smoked at about 250 degrees.
Jalapeņos stuffed with mozzarella cheese and boudain. Wrapped with bacon and smoked.
You can even put the jalapeņo mozzarella cheese and boudin inside a flattened chicken breast or thigh and wrap in bacon and smoke at around 250 degrees.
Shiner bock beer. Lots of it!!!!

Yummmmm. Tater Salad.

I like mine with lots of bacon, grated cheddar, eggs, relish, mayo, whole brown mustard, couple tbls of jalapeņo jar vinegar and lots of fresh cracked pepper.
Gonna add this to my grocery list.

HEB and Kroger both have baby back ribs on sale for around $2.00 per pound. It's difficult to mess them up.
