I have been happy with them so far. I purchased a AAC 762SDN6 from them back in December when they had them in stock. I checked with the NFA and mine should be approved any day now, went pending Dec 6th. As soon as I have the can in hand I can comment on how fast or slow the process was.
So far all of the timing has been on par with the Form 1's I have done for myself.

Scott Bittner is the man. Excellent to work with, very down to earth, will answer all your questions. He is swamped and still responds to emails and Text's. He has two stores Amarillo and the one you referenced in Carrolton. However, I've never stepped foot in either.
I received my first suppressor with him. Very easy and helped me through every step throughout the whole ordeal.
Before I got my first one in I went ahead and ordered another (which should be here any day)
Hes talked me through the process on the phone, email, and through text... He even took the time to Make a digital copy of my trust for me (many pages long) and emailed it back to me so I could have it saved and made it easier for me to do my paper work.
To top that all off they have the best prices I've seen. Simply tell him what you want and he will do the rest. Doesn't get any easier than dealing with silenced America... I pray soon I will get another text from Scott saying my stuff is all ready to go for my 7.62SDN-6
Great customer service, great price... I wouldn't hesitate to do ,ore business with him.

Hard to get a hold of sometimes, but they do paperwork FAST which is what matters once they have your money.
I purchased a suppressor end of December and should receive it in July.

Scott is top notch in customer service!
The slow part of the process is the NFA branch. My last one took 7 months and I believe the wait is creeping up to a year wait.
