First Ram - NICE, sometimes they will keep a main in the summer we have had some that would. Also depends on how much breeding they are doing. That second ram, no width to him, he would have been sold as a junk ram at the age of 1 1/2 at our place. We probably have let some go like that, that could get that length, but without the width we would have never let him grow.

Both rams are great rams. Forty inch and above rams are very rare. They both are unique, but are different in horn shape. I don't see how anybody could call the second ram a junk ram. That is like calling a world class non typical buck junk just because he is not a wide typical buck. Some of the biggest and highest scoring rams are tight horns carrying a lot of mass.

Am I mising the "junk" second ram???? The second ram is pretty wide....too wide for my liking actually. I really like the "Argali" style horn configuation on my sheep... But he is very good.....

I got to see this ram over weekend and he's a stud, lots of mass. oh he wasn't in that pin in pic, he was running with some red sheep. Walter and Ricky will go out of their way to take care of you. I have had a lot fun both times I have hunted with them.
