 300mm 1/1600 f/8 ISO 400 Barn Swallow...amazing colors, and mouth full of mud  300mm 1/800 f/8 ISO 400 Crazy Cattle Egrets  300mm 1/1600 f/7.1 ISO 200  300mm 1/1250 f/11 ISO 800  300mm 1/1250 f/11 ISO 800 Loggerhead Shrike (AKA: Butcher Bird)...known for impaling snake or lizards on barbed wire while they rip 'em apart to eat 'em.  300mm 1/1250 f/8 ISO 800

Edited to add shot info/stats for those that want to see how I got the exposure.
I shoot all of my shots on fully manual settings. I want full control over all of the settings.
I do use Auto White Balance and sometimes Auto ISO.
For wildlife I use the Spot Metering setting. I want the camera to expose the subject at the center of the shot. If the rest of the frame is under or over exposed then I can crop that out or fix on the computer later. But I want the target to be properly exposed.
I shoot in RAW. The RAW files are huge. The RAW image of the first shot is 23MB by itself.
Once a shot is edited to my liking I "Convert and Save" it as a JPEG to the size that I want. This keeps the original RAW file in tact while creating a JPEG copy that can be posted the web, emailed, or printed.
