150ac low fenced bow only lease available close to Junction Tx. Was hunted last year for the first time in 10 years. Looking for responsible long term hunters. Area deer average in the 100”-150+bc”. Plenty of deer, hogs and varmints. No firearms allowed!!! One guest per hunter, childern must be 12 years or older. Electricity and water at camp. There is a small cabin that is rough but could be used for a sleeping/gathering area. Three hunters @ $1500 per hunter. Heavy brush and trees. No livestock during Whitetail season.
