I have eaten at the Lemon & McKinney location and enjoyed it.
They opened a new location in N.Dallas off Preston rd. close to the house. My family and I ate there. Wife & daughter had the Fried Catfish, I had Oyster Po Boy, son had Fried Shrimp, none of us liked our meal!!
Back to Big Shucks until something else comes along, or this location gets its fishy food in order!!

I've eaten at the one on Preston twice now. It's right down the road from work, so I've tried lunch there twice. BOTH times I thought the food was lacking in flavor. Catfish was just very bland. It'll be a while before I go back...

Agree it was bland? Were talking all of our meals. Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp & the Po Boy all were bland. Not just the fish not having flavor, but the batter too! I've eaten at the one on Preston twice now. It's right down the road from work, so I've tried lunch there twice. BOTH times I thought the food was lacking in flavor. Catfish was just very bland. It'll be a while before I go back...
