Holy hell, how did this go un-noticed? This is really, really bad. Congress will have a very hard time overturning this. I think it requires a 2/3 vote to overturn executive order.

its unconstitutional, plain and simple, he has no authority to do so. Problem is, who is going to sue the govt? I don't see much drive for rise to action, especially in this day and age. The only people who will be affected are those "gun-crazy" people and they don't count in the court of popular opinion these days...sorry I am being cynical, but reality is this: who will bring up the fight to the courts?

A hole. This is another piece of proof that our leader cares NOTHING ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION.
What part of "THE PEOPLE" and "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do they not understand?
