I wonder how many deer that sucker has eaten in its lifetime.

big cat for sure, but it is not as big as they are trying to make it look in the picture since they are all positioned so far behind the cat

How far behind is he in the one where he is hugging it up against his chest?

A real hunter never returns empty handed. Spending time in the wilderness temporarily satifies the soul, but leaves us longing for more.

Not to mention inch off world record skull +1 I might have missed it, but they never said an exact weight. Still there's no photo trick when he's holding the cat. 1 inch away from the WORLD RECORD is a huge cat.

for the record, i never said it was a small cat, its a beast for sure. the pic with the guys holding it up is proof enough of that.
i was commenting on the first and third picture where they have the cat on the ground in front of them. while its not 2 feet in front of them like some of the more ridiculous "700lb hogzilla" kind of photo setups, they are clearly more than an inch behind it. you can see a wall of snow that the guy in white coat is sitting behind and in the third pic, the guy in brown looks tiny all of the sudden.
the pic actually says that mr klein is 6 ft and 260lbs not the cat. it says the cat is over 200 lbs, but does not state how much over 200lbs it weighs.
i wasnt dogging this cat or trying to irritate a moderator here, i was just commenting on the photo positioning to make an animal look even bigger when on the ground. in this case, there was no need to do that given the size of this one. my brother in law got a tom in idaho 5 years ago and it weighed in around 190 lbs and was a monster. this one is even bigger. kudos to mr. klein and his party for a great hunt and trophy.

Then imagine what a cat 1 inch from the world record would look like with you holding it.
