I'm done with my 300 BLK, but, of course, ammo is hard to find. There are a few loads available I've found, but I'm unsure what the best sub-sonic hunting bullet is.
Any recommendations or experiences?
Thanks!

Have you talked to chad with Dallas reloads? If you can get ahold of him he has some great info, but I've been trying for three weeks to get ahold of him with no luck. Good guy though.

You're not likely to find a .30 cal bullet that will expand at velocity's under 1000 FPS. You could try a Nosler Ballistic Tip.
Since you're hunting with it, a heavy bullet will likely start to tumble subsequent to striking an animal. Causing more damage.

What about using bullets designed for the 30-30? Not pretty or streamlined but has a reputation of working at lower velocities.

Most rifle bullets will not expand below about 1600-1700 fps. The slower you push them, the less they will expand. Your 208 A-max, 220 SMK, 195 bthp, type bullets will not expand at subsonic velocities. Outlaw bullets make a 220 grain SP bullet designed to expand at subsonic velocities. It works very well from the reports I have heard. But they are $1 each a bullet.
