Yesterday a friend asked if I loaded 9mm luger. I said no but we could start because we have lots of cases all we needed was dies and bullets. Wrongo, I could not find dies at any of the usual suspects, no bullets in stock, no molds to cast my own, no lubrisizer dies to size down the 38s that I already cast. Kind of SOL I guess. Any one out there able to help?

I've been scouring my local haunts too. Nothing to be had for 9mm. I don't usually load 9mm but my brother/step-dad shoot it and asked me to start loading for them.
Kicking myself because I had a set of dies in my hand at cabelas a couple months ago and almost bought them. Figured "I don't really need them, I'll leave em for someone else." Shoulda just bought em cause some dude on ebay is probably selling the same set for 3x as much.

Got 1000 rounds primed and ready but not going to pay 20 to 30 cents a bullet. I'll just wait.

I usually get my bullets from Berry's or Precision. Berry's has one section labeled "available bullets" and 9mm isn't there. My practice bullets are from Precision Bullets <click . They seem to have some in stock. I've shot thousands through 9mm, .40 & .45 and they work well and clean up is a snap. Good Luck.

Yea, dies are the most troublesome to find. Loading 9mmn never made since back when it was cheap. Now family members want me to get set up for and I can't find dies for less than robbery prices. I'm really glad I like to shoot revolvers.

I make 125grn RN cast. $32 per 500. I'm of no help as far as dies go, sorry.

Thanks y'all, but until I can get some dies I think it will be better to stick with what I have and keep shooting the revolvers and casting the calibers I have.
