Wow.
That's the biggest one I've ever seen.
I've killed 2-3 a year around my place for years. Usually pretty aggressive.

Wow, he must have posed some serious threat to you while you were driving by in your truck, to do that to him. I dont get it.... Pretty lame to intentionally run over a snake in the road because you are scared of it.

If your gonna be a snake huger don't reply to a dead snake who is aggressive towards people. Our road has little children on it, and we also house some real nice rodeo horses, show cattle, an hunting dogs, all i need is a bite from one like him to shut everything down. So yes, i kill ever snake aggressive or nice. A dead one is a good one.

I would have ran over it too. Probably twice and slammed on the brakes in the process if possible. I've got little kids and one less poisonous snake is a good thing to me.

A road with children on it ? That sounds safe lol I would think they'd be safer with the copperheads

Looks like the end result of this scenario "Digging holes for new plants minding my own business when I reach down to remove the dead branch only to find that it's a "$#!%"....14-220 whacks later pic in truck bed. I think we've all been there done that.
