have two spots open on 3000 acres MLDIII.year round. deer turkey hogs dove some axis.

I just got on this lease with a couple buddies for the upcoming year. Buddy has his feeder up one week and plenty of deer coming to feeders after just a week. Most at one time was 5. In person, we have seen a couple deer, a real nice axis with doe, and a 8-10 turkeys on two different occasions.
2500 per gun
Hunters supply stand and feeders.
There is good elevation change and plenty of places to make you think about where your stand is going.
Gamepole and the lease manager seem like real good people. I cant wait to get out there and hunt.

how many people total will be on the lease? Family friendly or just the two shooters aloud out there? Stands and feeders already there or do we need to set them up? How many axis per gun are included? Approximately how many mld tags are going to be given to the land? Any pictures of place or deer taken off in recent years? Has a deer count been done?

There will be 16 total as i understand it.
I understand that it is family friendly.
Hunters supply stand and feeders. There are some stands in place that can be hunted out of if you dont have your own.
Axis are not given, more of if you get one good for you.
I show the lease is directly west of the city. The entrance is about 2 miles west off 377, the you follow that for a little while.
I have some pics that he texted me and some pics that I took while I was being shown around. I can probably get my buddy to get some of his game cam pics too.
Pm gamepole and he can give you more information about the mld stuff.

I am going to bump this, as I believe we are still looking for 1-2 spots. I just got on this lease and so far so good. Got me and a buddies feeders up, and in the last couple trips my buddies has taken a hog each time. First one was 110lbs second one was 125. I have seen deer, axis and turkey in person. I am very happy with joining this lease. Here are a few game cam pics from the last month or so.
