Try calling Bill (Tink) Taylor in Harper..he is the United Kennel Club inspector/judge for this area of Texas..I used to hunt w/him and had Blueticks..but my age has me..he may know someone..Or get into the UKC Mag. and you'll find a bunch of breeders..Okla, and Missouri, ect..DD

Just had a litter of Blues 4 days ago, i live in GA but can ship the pup if interested. Both parents come from an awesome line of coon hunters and show dogs. Lots of Smokey River blood and little bit of Rambo II in them. Cold nosed, loud bawl mouthed and some beautiful markings. I dont coon hunt, but am about to get mine ready for lion since im moving to CO once i get back form Afghanistan. PM if interested
shoot fast or shoot last!! When in doubt call a scout!!

also try coondawgs.com and ukcdogs free classifieds... maybe try AKC, but be careful cause many of the AKC only breeders breed pets that are both overpriced and haven't been in the woods for generations.

Well if he was interested in a different hound he could go with a black and tan, redbone, english, or any cur. BMC's are common here and are very versatile fur dogs. But there's nothing like a blue dog in the woods.

Emily, all of my pups are spoken for and are usually committed before they are born. Daisy (mother of the pups) is from one of only two matings ever in the bluetick breed that is a third generation all dual grand champion and she niches very well with my males. I have a young female by the name of Lacey that I will breed to one of my males in the not to distant future. Thanks, Gary
