This is my dog's first real hunt. I got him summer of 2011 so he pretty much to sit the whole first season because it was too cold for a puppy when we were hunting in lubbock. He did incredible this year and finished it off in Missouri by picking up about 125 snow geese in 3 days! The long nights of whining and endless hours of training have definitely paid off. Every second was worth it in the end.

Here's one more I like. Not a great picture but we snuck these geese and shot across two deep canals. So we had to walk back to the truck and get the dogs. The dogs picked up all the geese through both deep canals anywhere from 50-125 yards out. All blinds. Pretty awesome watching the father/son combo work together.

Here's my favorite picture and my best hunt I've had. Solo hunt on public in ntx. Wish I would have held off on the gadwall, but I had no idea I was going to see as much green as i did.

Probably this one. Had a couple irritating hunts right before this with the bird claimer of the century that wanted to shoot anything and everything. We were able to get out and take our time choosing the birds we wanted to take. The guy on the left was on his 3rd ever duck hunt and finally got a glimpse of what it's like to be patient and be with hunters that took turns shooting at quality ducks, and that was one hell of a GWT he got for the wall

But everybody is posting 2, so this is definitely a runner up. Shot my first teal slam and a buddy got an awesome hoodie

Mine would probably be the last hunt of the season for me when i shot my 2 banded pintails back to back. My buddy also shot a banded mallard drake, something that i doubt will ever happen again.

-If I buy any more waterfowl hunting stuff this year I'll be eating cat food and crackers for dinner.

I remember when you originally posted this. I'm still jealous of that hunt!
