I just retired and figured I would get started with clay shooting. To my dismay, I have discovered that my back pain ramps up the longer I stand. Can anyone recommend a decent brace or girdle that would help with lower back pain?
thanks

My best recommendation would be a light brace, but keep in mind it might be your hips or feet that cause the back pain and even with a brace you'll still be in pain.

What kind of shoes do you wear? A majority of back pain actually comes from the feet and hips. Do you utilize arch supports or insoles?

This is the brace I recommend to my athletes and patients at the clinic if they're having truck or back instability. However, they only use this for 2-3 weeks as they're doing rehab to strengthen their core muscles.

Just my thoughts

I recommend going to a chiropractor and have your backed checked out. Could be something that a weekly adjustment could help with.
