92 acres for lease in Jones County. Property just Southwest of Lueders Avoca just outside of Shackelford County. Mesquite country with some elevation change. Had same hunters for 4 years, but they found bigger place. Deer,turkey,quail,hogs,varmints on the place. Electricity available, but no water. Bordered by 750 acre ranch. Would be a good father-son place or up to two hunters. Year around lease.....1600 year total (not per person).

Danny, would this property happen to be 92 acres I saw on Lands of Texas 4-5 years ago for sale near Lueders? Just curious as I was considering viewing at that time; I ended up purchasing in Young county but thought the proeprty had good potential.

The 1600 does give you sole hunting rights. I have alot of interest and have a person that is looking at the property. I will update everyone who has expressed interest.
