My friend and I went out after work again yesterday and fished through a couple of rain showers but it was probably the best day of fishing I've ever had. We caught between 80-100 bass, a few crappie and one nice channel cat. We had 3 bass get off right at the boat that looked to be 7-9 pounds but we got a couple of them in the boat, the others were anywhere from 1-4 pounds. Our thumbs look like they went through a grinder and he got a bruise on his ribs from holding the rod there, we were worn out by the end of the day but it was a good kind of tired.
