Are there any gun stores in Tyler aside from Noonday, Gander, & Academy?

Macs and Noonday are the only ones worth visiting.

Use Billy Hunter for your FFL transfer out of Whitehouse. Only charged me $10 for a rifle transfer if your a NRA member. Awesome guy.

If someone is charging $50 for FFL transfers then they probably don't want to do them. There's a reason people price themselves out of a market. I like Noonday myself...Easy to deal with folks. But if you're willing to drive down to Jacksonville, Superior Arms & Machine shop (behind bowling alley) will take good care of you.

Yeah and get bent over and not even given any grease. I used to be a loyal customer, then he jacked his transfer fees to $50 and then jacked up prices during the panic. Will never set foot in there again.
