Lord thank you for the bounty that you allow us to receive in the form of the animals we harvest. Their bodies shall provide the nourishment needed to grow the next generation of healthy and prosperous outdoorsmen. Thank you for woods and waters that allow us as hunters to explore and live in all your wonder and glory. HWOW had the great fortune of hunting Water Buffalo today with a Firefighter who works for the Department of Defense making sure our Navy and Airforce Pilots make it home safe in case of an emergency. It was a great honor to spent time with Eric last night at the KOZ banquet and a privilege to hunt a Water Buffalo with him this morning...  We snuck up on the mixed group of Watusi and Water Buffalo in the bottom of the paster and Eric put a great shot on this guys. He placed a 300 WSM right in the center of his chest and then one more in his neck just to make sure. I had the 458 Lott for back up but, there was no need today. Eric is a great shot...  Another great weekend in which we were able to go on a Hunting Adventure with a Hero...

Thanks again Nathan. I am still speechless from the generosity and you have a heart as big as Texas. I am getting the word out on HWOH here on base and to my active duty buddies still in the sand box.
This was a once and a lifetime hunt. Thanks again and if I can ever do anything to help the cause don't hesitate to ask.
