I have a couple of the LED bars on the Polaris. Is there a way to get a red lens instead of the normal glass?

Usually there is not. I have heard of people that tinted them using spray paint or red window tint.

Depending on the brand, they do make covers. If your lights are Rigid Industries, they make a variety of covers for them in different colors. I'm not sure theirs will fit other brands though.
