So doing the mowing pays for the lease this year? Sounds pretty good...

so unless one has a tractor, are the only ones who can apply???

"quote"
Applicants must have Tractor with bush hog and willing to work to get the place ready for the upcoming season

daddyboy this is our old lease!!! Hunted there maybe 5 years ago. It has got some good duck hunting along with pretty good deer hunting. Hogs galore. My uncle killed a real nice deer out there. We also caught the heck out of some small bass. A couple guys said they saw a panther. TTT

Can you believe the idiot running the lease for us was trying to put 20 to 25 people on it?

Thanks for the info. Can't see that many people on it. A new owner bought it and is more concerned about management than quantity. How long did ya'll hunt there ?

We hunted there a few years. Saw some good deer on it, and I am sure with management it could be great. That was the main reason for us getting off of it. A guy moved within 75 yards of my uncles stand and put up his box stand?? He was the father in law, of the guy that was over the lease. I bet the pines have really grown since then. Do they still have water in the last pond on the left down the middle lane?? It was only about 2 feet deep all the way across!!! Killed alot of duck off that pond.
