...does anyone have any experience with game cam. Academy has them for $118.00. IR and 5.0
It seems to have alot of neat features that I think I will like!!

I have a buddy that has a moultrie and a remingot. He says the remington works on heat changes instead of motion and it captures alot of pictures with nothing in them. I haven't had any first hand knowledge of them just what he told me about the Remington's. The price is just right on them though.

most of your IR cameras will take pics in heat changes. My brothers moultrie does the samething.

I bought the ghost about 3 weeks ago... I'm going to see about taking it back to WM. On incandescent flash mode it takes about 15% black pictures...just a black screen. The IR mode seems to be pretty good...no black pics there.
The problem is it shuts down after 2-3 days. The battery meter will read well over half but it stops taking pictures. Also simply pressing the power button usually doesn't turn the unit on to review number of pics taken, pic left, etc. It also loses it's time and date. It keeps the "camera name" you set but date and time is all over the place.
I'm not happy with it and will try to return it this weekend...not sure what WM's policy is.
Now the laser aim is pretty cool and makes for a fast setup.

Don't think the cuddeback on our lease takes any better pics than the I40s do.

We had no problems with the I40s the other ones sucked though.
