LaRue upper, a good quality lower with a good trigger and LaRue
mounts for the optics.

KAC SR-15, and then throw a suppressor and some nice optics on top of it. Other than that, I can't think of a way to spend $7k on an AR15 for paper punching.

A friend of mine has the Turnbull Tar-15. Not my thing but... It certainly stands out in a crowd.
