Osage open reed distress, a short version, that has the volume of a megaphone, it maybe little in size but packs a big sound. I found some highly figured walnut so I made an old style closed reed, and made a band to go on it. Walnut with an aluminum band. RKHarm24 sergeant Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 44,585 North Texas	I know these are tools to be used for a job or certain situation, but they are so nice looking, like a beautiful wood stocked rifle. I would have a hard time using one for it's intended service, but would show them on a shelf or in a shadow box. I love beautiful wood and you do wood much justice. BTW: My wife says I have no taste in what looks good together. Thank God for uniforms. I didn't have to pick and match clothes daily....You too, Military and Post Office! Wives are better at that kind of stuff.
