My wife gets this magazine. I saw this recipe and made it. It is awesome!!!

The only difference for mine was that I used an Oreo crust and also used 1.25 cups of smooth peanut butter instead of 3/4 cup of the recommended crunchy. I didn't bother with the whipped topping. Also, this made a lot more than one pie. I think my crust was an 8" vs. the recommended 9". But I guarantee this would make two pies, since we had a big bowl of pudding left over.

Being a peanut butter addict I made it again this week with a half recipe. It perfectly filled an 8" crust. This pie is so easy I might just make one every week, or every time there isn't any more left in the frig. smile
